Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds:
We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us.
However for any reason you would like to return the item, Luxorist offers free returns subject to one return shipment per order.
You may return it within 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and elect to receive a full refund or merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item.
After the 14-day return period, but between 15 and 30 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you, you may still return the item to receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item.
After 30 days, the item will not be returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
Conditions of return & refund:
Any shipping/ restocking charges will be deducted from final refund or merchandise credit.
If the return complies with our Return Policy, and satisfies our Quality Control(QC), we will use commercially reasonable endeavors to refund the purchase price to the buyer in the original form of payment using the same currency as used by the buyer for the initial transaction within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item by Luxorist.
For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will take longer to arrive. Cash purchases will be refunded by a company cheque from Luxorist. Products that have not been purchased through Luxorist may not be returned to us. Only merchandise received by our Luxorist will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Luxorist will send an invoice as a .pdf attachment to the customer’s email address, which specifies the value applicable refund or the amount of merchandise credit value. All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Luxorist.
If the products do not meet QC standards, and timeframes set forth, Luxorist. will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the customer. All items returned to us must be unaltered, unworn and in perfect saleable condition. We cannot accept or issue refunds of any kind, if the piece has been used or altered by the customer or by another jeweler or damaged in the process, the warranty will be voided in that case.
Please make sure to include following in your return:
Original Sales Receipt and Shipping Invoice.
Gift box, Bag and all Packaging.
All accessories and free gifts.
Any documents.
Warranty and Product Certificates.
Bracelets must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
We advise you to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
Any item that is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Package the item(s) in the original, undamaged packaging along with any accompanying accessories and documents provided (product notices, warranties, authentication certificates, etc.) and the receipt.
How can I return a product?
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form. To request a return, you must follow these steps:
Log in to your customer account.
In the "My Orders" section, click on "Request a Return".
Fill out the return voucher that came with your package.
If checked out as a guest, email us at Jewelry@luxorist.com for a return request.
State whether this is a request for an exchange or a reimbursement.
Request a pick-up from your home address.
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel.
Please keep a note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.
You will receive an email confirming your return pick-up request.
Check that the parcel is firmly sealed and hand it over to the UPS courier.
The UPS courier will come to the address indicated, at the previously chosen time to pick up the product.
Personalized items:
Orders for products that have been personalized in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be cancelled and such products cannot be returned to us for an exchange or a refund. This includes, without limitation, hot stamped products, engraved products, Made-to-Order items and high jewelry purchases.
Defective products:
Here at Luxorist, We stand behind every piece of merchandise that we sell. Each piece is carefully inspected to strict quality standards during our cataloging process to ensure it is in the best possible condition for a lifetime of wear. If nevertheless you receive a product which seems to be damaged, you will have to notify us at jewelry@luxorist.com within 48 Hours and proceed to return after receiving the Return Authorization Number (RAN).After that you may return it to Luxorist in accordance with the Return Policy.
Gifts recipients:
Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift (i.e. a “Gift Recipient”) be entitled to receive a refund and no merchandise credit will be issued by the Luxorist.
Repeated returns:
We monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Repeated returns in breach of our General Sales Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Luxorist account or refusal of future orders.
